a) Good Sleep : 


A good sleep makes our body feel batter. A good sleep has a good impact on our mood and it gives us happiness. It has a good effect on our daily life. It helps us in performing our daily activity in the right way. It keeps our mind in positive way. So Sleep is a good habit for our health and daily life. Every day we have to sleep at-least 7 to 8 hours. 


b) Smiling : 


We know that smile is a good habit for our health. But how many people know about the exact benefit's of smiling. Smile in our face make a positive thinking about all the things in our life. It gives us instant happiness and makes our mood batter. When we smile our body gets a positive signals and it starts to work in proper way. So always keeps smile in your face.


c) Deeply breathing :


Deeply breathing is also a good habit. There are several benefits of deeply breathing. When we work our breathing system did not work in proper way.So we have to take deep breath for some time every day. It keeps our blood circulation regular. 


d) Drink a good amount of water :


Water is very essential for our body. Our body needs a good amount of water every day. Taking water helps in keep our body hydrate.It keeps us away from headache. So always take a good amount of water. Keeping water bottle in our hand is a good habit to remind our mind the need of water.


e) Wake up early in the morning :


It is also a good habit to wake up daily early in the morning and going to walk and run.It helps in making our body fit and strong. Every body knows that Vitamin D is essential to makes our bones strong, we also know that the light of Sun is one of the biggest source of D vitamin. So When we wake up early in the morning and going for walk and run,our body gets the early light of sun and it help to make our body and bones strong. So wake up early in the morning is also a good habit for us.


f) Going to bed early night :


Going to Bed early night is also a good habit for our body and mind. When we sleep our body become into relax mood. A good sleep always makes our body and mind fresh and makes our body ready for performing well in the next day activity. Every people must have to sleep at least 7 to 8 hours everyday. So always go to the bed early in the night so that you can wake up early in the morning. Because you need to 7 to 8 hours sleep and have to wake up early in the morning. 


g) Walking :


Walking is a good exercise. Many people goes for walk every morning. It is a good habit for our health. Walking make our blood circle in good flow. Every day we need to walk at-least 10,000 steps. It is very normal. Try to walk more than 10,000 steps. You can perform it as a game.


h) Doing Yoga :

i) Keep distance from Smart phones :
Keeping a distance from smart-phones is also a good habit. Stay connect with phones whole day is a negative effect in our body. It effects in our memory, creativity. Stay away from smart phones our brain gets break and it refresh.


j) Spent some time with family and friends :


Spent some time with family and friends is a good habit.It also helps in our health. Talking  with family and discuss about your problems gets relief from depression.It keep us away from over thinking.
So these are the good habits of our daily life which are good for our health.There are various habits that are very good for our health.
